The education sector in India has undergone a tremendous change in the last 2 decades, the right to education is a right which has been provided by the Indian Constitution. Education Sector in India may be divided into two parts firstly School education which consists of primary, secondary and higher secondary and secondly Higher education which comprises of colleges, universities and autonomous institutes. The scope of education law deals with the progress and development of the nation as a whole, we have diligently represented the rights of students, teachers and educational institutes.


Areas of Practice – Represent and assist clients in matters relating to the following such as:


  • Termination of teachers / professors.

  • Suspension of services of teachers / professors.

  • Dispute arising due to reservation.

  • Dispute arising due to denial of admission to the student.

  • Merit , Selection and Appointment of teaching staff.

  • Challenge to a wrongful policy of the institutions.

  • Pay-scale, Non Payment of Salaries of Teachers/ Professors.

  • Represent Educational institutes , Students, Teachers/Professors in courts and concerned tribunals including Bombay High Court.

  • Drafting and vetting of agreements and management related agreements to be executed by the institutes including coaching classes


We also undertake drafting, vetting of contracts and documents entered into by educational institutes with several service providers and also provide consultation on any issue faced by Educational institutes or Students based on law and assistance in other services related to education.
