Areas of practice –

  • Real Estate and Construction – We possess and have an understanding of laws relating to ownership, possession, land ceiling , land acquisition, development control, permissions required under the Regional Town Planning act and advise developers, landowners, flat purchasers and investors on residential development, commercial development , joint venture projects, hotels, re-development projects, healthcare projects, integrated township projects and various other Real Estate projects including issues under Real Estate Act 2016 & Regulations thereunder.

  • Property Law – We advise and represent individuals , partnership firms, sole proprietors and companies on matters relating to general law regulating land and property in India and also assist in negotiating, drafting, settling and finalizing agreements relating to the sale and transfer of a right, title and interest in land and properties by way of conveyance, gift, mortgage, partition, assignment, release , exchange etc.

  • Property Litigation – We represent clients in courts of law in matters pertaining to Real Estate and Property Law such as Suits for Specific performance of contract, Suit for Declaration, Suit for Possession, Suit for Partition, Testamentary Suit, Suit for Succession Certificate, Suit for recovery of property under attachment, Suit for Compensation for damage done to immovable property, Suit for damages , Suits under Rent Act regarding Landlord – Tenant dispute and various other cases.

  • Title Investigation – We also advise our client and conduct due diligence and detailed title searches and investigation for immovable properties in order to ensure that the property is free from encumbrances.

  • Drafting and Conveyance – We undertake drafting , vetting of deeds and documents relating to property such as Conveyance Deed/ Sale Deed, MOU, Agreement for sale, Joint Venture Agreement, Lease Deed, Gift Deed, Will, Partnership Deed, Mortgage Deed, Transfer Deed, Power of Attorney and other such deeds and documents for clients.
